Please note: You will be asked to verify your identity before checking in. This accommodation is not available for tourist purposes, and a rental contract must be signed online prior to your arrival. We will not be able to provide your check-in instructions until the contract has been signed. The apartment is located on the ground floor with direct access from the street. We provide basic amenities for your first stay, including samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, a sponge, dish soap, and a trash bag. If you require additional cleaning or linens, please let us know; these services are available for an extra charge. Self check-in is available. Physical keys must be collected from a Keynest partner store near the accommodation. Check-in is from 3:00 PM, with early check-in available upon request. You will receive the key pick-up code and instructions a few days before your arrival, once you have completed the arrival form. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Guests may smoke in outdoor areas if the accommodation has them. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached, such as a smoke smell, ashes, or cigarette butts, we reserve the right to charge a minimum €200 smoking penalty. For stays longer than 30 nights, a fair-use policy for utilities applies, with a limit of €80. Extra keys are subject to availability.
